We present to you the story of Magda, a graduate of the University of Television course. Magda had the opportunity to work during a Champions League handball match in Płock. She honed her skills in live broadcasting, thanks to the support of the University of Television. This experience gave her the confidence that she’s ready to work in a professional team. At the University of Television, we continue to support our students after the course – their success is our success. Special thanks to the production company BlackBurstTV
Magda:
“I recently had the chance to go to Płock for a Champions League handball match and participate in the broadcast for training. Everything was organized at lightning speed, for which I’m incredibly grateful to the University of Television team. My excitement was boosted even more by the fact that they arranged an additional workstation for me, allowing me to take part in the broadcast ‘dry-run.’ My enthusiasm dipped a little upon arrival when I found out that replays were being done on the K2 instead of the EVS. However, despite the initial surprise, it turned out that with my familiarity with the EVS, getting a handle on the K2 wasn’t as challenging as I thought. Watching the production itself and training on the extra controller made me realize just how intense and realistic our training sessions are. The production was almost identical to the course, though I would confidently say that the course at UT is sometimes even more intense and prepares you for the most challenging productions. I left the broadcast feeling satisfied, knowing I could come back as part of the standard crew and manage just fine!”
