My work is my passion.

I love my work and enjoy sharing my knowledge with new talents in the television industry. Over the past 16 years, I've worked with all Polish TV stations, earned nine professional certifications, and since 2016, I’ve had the pleasure of being employed by the International Olympic Committee, responsible for producing the Olympic Games (Rio 2016, Korea 2018, Tokyo 2020, Beijing 2022). Currently, I focus my work primarily in Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Germany, and Spain, allowing me to gain new experience on the largest international productions.

Every December, I am in Dubai, co-producing coverage of the United Arab Emirates National Day for a Dutch-British media company. Each year, I also work at the MTV European Music Awards, collaborating closely with artists such as Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, and Halsey. One of the most interesting connections I’ve made is with Shakira, whom I worked with at the 2019 Davis Cup. She taught me one key lesson: the more recognizable a person is, the more humble and open they are to new, unconventional ideas.

The number of events I’ve had the opportunity to work on is truly extensive, and I share these experiences during my training sessions. I’d like to mention one more memorable event I co-produced—the 2019 Super Bowl in Miami.
